A native of Brooklyn, New
York, Elena Greenberg
graduated from St. John’s
Law School, after having
always aspired to become a
trial attorney. Ms.
Greenberg previously served
as a partner in a prominent
divorce firm in Nassau
County prior to joining
forces with Florence Fass in
February of 2001. In her 23
years of practicing
matrimonial law, she has
dedicated her career to the
development and refinement
of effective advocacy. Ms.
Greenberg enjoys and takes
pride in her ability to

stage of development, from
the initial intake to the
research, motion practice,
discovery, settlement, and
trial. In addition to her
